Employees must learn and observe all safety guidelines. Any work-related accident or unsafe/unhealthy condition should be reported to your direct supervisor immediately. If a crisis or near crisis arises in one of the centers or any work location, do not attempt to handle it on your own. Immediately contact your direct supervisor or someone else in a supervisory position, if your direct supervisor is not available. B.A.E.S.S. will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any personal property brought onto our premises or for fire, theft, damage or personal injury involving employees’ automobiles, the contents or occupants. B.A.E.S.S. also reserves the right to inspect and search all areas of our premises at any time without notice and to question individuals on our premises concerning safety and/or security matters.

Employee Responsibilities
- Employees should strive to maintain a safe work environment. Concerns about safety in your work area should be addressed with your direct supervisor.
- Employees should immediately notify his/her manager if injured at work.
- Learn the proper fire escape route in case of emergency.
- Report any suspicious activity you observe on BAESS property to your supervisor.
Manager Responsibilities
- Strive to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Report all injuries of B.A.E.S.S. employees incurred on the job or on B.A.E.S.S. premises to senior management.
