Email and Voice Mail

B.A.E.S.S. makes electronic mail and voice mail available to employees.  These corporate assets are critical components of the B.A.E.S.S. communication system and are expected to be used in a responsible manner.  B.A.E.S.S. reserves the right to monitor all e-mail and voice mail messages.  Employees who violate this policy are subject to corrective action, up to and including termination.

Purpose

  • To allow for effective, confidential and accurate communication with inside and outside business partners.
  • To help foster an environment free from harassment.

  • Use all corporate resources for business use only.  Sending chain letters, sending confidential messages to non-B.A.E.S.S. employees, and solicitation is prohibited.

  • Inform employees of their e-mail and voice mail privileges and instruct employees how to properly use these privileges.
  • Review and monitor all e-mail and voice mail, as appropriate.
  • Issue corrective action, up to and including termination, for violation of this policy.
