Workers’ Compensation

B.A.E.S.S. pays all costs of providing workers compensation insurance, which may benefit you if you become injured as a result of your work or if you are otherwise eligible.

Purpose

  • To provide certain benefits for employees who become injured or ill as a result of their job.
  • To comply with state worker’s compensation laws.

Employee Responsibilities

  • Employees who are injured on the job or develop a condition they believe is work related must report it to their manager immediately.

Manager Responsibilities

  • Post workers’ compensation information as required.
  • Contact main office immediately in the event of an injury or illness that is job related.
  • Contact local emergency medical resources in the event of an illness or injury requiring immediate medical attention.
  • Complete the necessary accident forms and submit them to the main office.
