B.A.E.S.S. provides all employees the opportunity to utilize the services provided under the Sylvan license agreement at a discount for their immediate family members. The services must be provided at a location owned and operated by B.A.E.S.S. The discount provided will be the current discounted price listed here.
Purpose
- To provide employees with the opportunity to provide supplemental education services to their immediate family members at a rate that is significantly discounted from the standard retail rate.
Eligibility: The first day of the month following three full calendar months of employment or at the discretion of their immediate supervisor. The discount will apply only as long as the employee is employed by B.A.E.S.S. and is working at least 6 hours per week. Immediate family members are defined as children or grandchildren of the employee.
Employee Responsibilities
- Notify your immediate supervisor of your interest in availing yourself of this opportunity.
- Work with the Director of Education in the center you are using to schedule your immediate family member within that center’s existing scheduling parameters.
- Pay all charges on a timely basis.
Manager Responsibilities
- Be sure all employees understand the Employee Discount benefit.
- Be sure the immediate family member and employee receive the same level of service as all other customers.
