Incentive Compensation Plan

While this plan is designed primarily for each center to stand on its own it is important to maintain the strong support we currently have from one center to another.  It is a primary job of each manager in our organization to provide input, encouragement and support for all other centers within B.A.E.S.S. 

Purpose 

  • To fairly compensate the leadership of the organization for their extraordinary commitment to the students entrusted to us.

Eligibility:  Regular Full-time Employees with certain job titles.  Incentive may be earned the first full calendar month of employment.

Employee Responsibilities

  • Read and understand how their incentive compensation plan works.

Manager Responsibilities

  • Be sure all employees who qualify for incentive clearly understand how their program works.

Executive Responsibilities

  • Review the incentive compensation plan annually.
  • Review all incentive calculations for accuracy.
  • Pay all incentives according to the incentive calculation plan.
