Sick Leave

Regular full-time employees earn sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per month of employment and may be used at the employee’s discretion.  Sick leave will not be paid in advance of being earned.  Any sick-leave on the books in excess of 24 hours may be paid to the employee at their current salary rate at the end of each calendar year.  If it is not paid, it may be carried forward into the next year.
